Ingredients Moisture content of 43% gives a light and moist feel with no oiliness, due to the application of a highly-moisturizing and glossy water-based formula. How to use Apply it on the entire lips, or express a gradation from the center of the lips. Wait a bit after applying the tint without mushing the lips for a clear and vivid, glowing color.
